I had to ring a DJ about this one. He said - and I hope I'm posting this correctly - "Keys to your Heart" by the One-o-one-ers. I'd make an awful copytaker.
This is from a Californian band;
"Three Sixty Five, Seven Fifty:You’re all I need -You’re all in me."
P.S.; For the record, the vocalist on "Willie the Pimp" was Captain Beefheart. I therefore award myself a bonus point
This is a cracking thread you've set up, Smiley, although I'm not a modern muso myself. My wife was a classical musician. She played at the Liverpool Philharmonic on several occasions. (After which we used to indulge in liquid in the slightly-more-famous pub opposite.)
Vague memory... Fern Kinnee (?) singing "(Together) we are beautiful"? I've made a right backside out of myself if I'm wrong.
Here's another go from me...
"Everybody wants you - everybody wants your love. I'd just like to make you mine all night."
"Fight For All The Wrong Reasons," by Nickleback.
If you're into really bad puns , you could say this one comes from the Orient;
"When the mist's a-rising, and the rain is falling,And the wind is blowing cold across the moor…"
Might as well start with Doro on all 66's
one of my favourites Uptown top ranking Althea and Donna
So here's another one of my favourites.....
