Ok so we are looking at the 28th 29th 30th of May which i believe is a bank holiday weekend is this acceptable to all so far?
I have looked at 3 different locations online. Have a look and if we can agree on one I will go look at it see what it looks like and then enquire about groups etc

This is just to get an idea of the amont of people and tents so when i approach the campsite to get the ok, i can give them ruff figures, if you want to liaise and share a tent go for it.....

Johnny, I had a look at all three sites, I'm happy to go with the majority.
Just as a rough guide to everyone
Porth is about £50 for 2/3 sharing one tent on one pitch
Marver is about £30 for 2 sharing one tent on one pitch
Headland is about £39 for 2 sharing one tent on one pitch
These prices vary and there are extras i.e. if you want a pitch with electric hook up. Porth charges a supplement rate for end of May which is why it is the most expensive. These prices, although they are for people sharing a pitch are going to apply to individuals who are camping alone.

I'll have a chat and see maybe we can get a bigger pitch etc and put more on it spread the cost ... do we need electricity?... doubt it but you never know someone might have one of those hoofing big bikes with a mini caravan folded inside their bike trailer lol..... know where we will hide if it rains ha ha
Jabecs, the price is for a pitch, so that amount is payable by whoever uses the pitch, if there are people sharing then they can split it between them.

I'm thinking about doing this in the car (free fuel from work) and i've just bought one of those big family tents today with 3 separate bedrooms if anyone fancies sharing pitch costs and tent space I could pick you up on the way down and make this a very cheap weekend

Ok Marver Holiday Park is out they don't accept bookings for groups.
The Porth Beach Tourist Park ,Porth, Newquay. TR7 3NH is looking good its got easy access from the A30, plenty of local facilities and the shops resturaunts fast food is close by and bars lol.....its bank holiday weekend so usually good.
I'm sure we can also get a good deal.... organiser gets free pitch but I can off set this by chipping in for the greater good to reduce costs of someone elses......or we just book individually but arrange to stay together... by prior arrangement.....
If anyone has a better site that doesn't mind large groups, without a 11pm silence curfew ( and they are funny about these things ) please research and get back to me we can adjust the venue....but this is a decent site...well see what you think guys and gals I'll go see the place soon as.....
