Think Jackie already mentioned it,would have to be longer than just a week-end for me Bill coming from Rohan in the north(Northumberland)so i would make it at least a 5 dayer depending on where you lodge our weary butts, probably make it a 7 day holiday and Truro is central to west and south coast,with Fistrol beach being my fav at Newquay from me surfin days,now im just a Plank! So this gets the big from the 'Riders of Rohan'. Surfs up Ledd777.

Porth just north of Newquay is gorgeous....the stretch of coast between Newquay and padstow is amazing. and we can go for fish and chips at Rick Steins chippy. yum yum

Was thinking at least 10 days so we can get 2 weekends in. I would probably be there 2 weeks but people could come and go as they wish, i would have to be flexible [just call me your your flexible friend] so southerners could just come for the week end if they wish. any idea are welcome but i already have it in my mind what i want to do, it just bringing it together

I went to a great campsite the other year, 2miles out of Newquay, called the Quarry fields, they have a swimming pool ,a bar ,cafe, poolroom, great shower block and 10 min walk don to the sea, cafe on route down the dunes , i have the number if you want it ,biker friendly, (dogs and kids too)

Bills last post over 2 weeks.
Great for the peeps from up north as thay say it's a long ride. And it can work well of families as can spend time as group or just family time think this going down well so hope you have a big site in mind bill

thats the problem jp trying to find a site that will take that many bikers in one group, been up all night trawling the net, it's awkward i know i wont be able to please every one

Hi Bill I've alway wanted to go to Cornwall and what better way on my bike with good people! Count me in please, great to see familiar faces signed up already - lots of new faces to meet as well. Coming from Scotland, it would be great 10days or more. I'll watch the post closely.
