Sandi, could you possibly edit one part of the event info for me, want to change the "open to all bm members" to open to anyone, bm members or not! Need to encourage anyone to come to bump up the numbers. Bring friends!!! :)
Cavywavy, from what I recall there is room for about 50 normal tents if no one else is on site, mansion house size tents will soon fill out the sunken lawn.
Hi LMF, I've asked Matt to delete the letters B and M from the title, to save confusion.
I have edited the calendar to read 'BM members and their guests'
If you make it so that anyone can attend then it becomes a PRIVATE event and those don't get added to the BM calendar.
As you say all members are invited, that automatically includes those who are standard members.
I hope this helps clear up any fog?
Yeah sure thats cool thanks :) I've had some requests to extend it to the Friday night too, but we need some more bodies so we can have the function room and then I'll sort entertainment. Let me know what everyone thinks. Also, the site can accommodate up to 400 tents so there's no issue with space :) Soz if my spelling is poor, using my fat fingers on my phone :-p
