There will be a rodeo sheep, bouncy castle and sumo suits for you to show your prowess or in the case of SPESH and CW, their unwaivering manly 'i have to win at all costs' determination lol
You will be given a wristband on arrival which you must wear at all times, also you will be given a raffle ticket, KEEP IT SAFE, you have to hand this over when you go get your grub Sat evening, NO TICKET NO GRUB !!!!
Ladies rem your party outfits and gentlemen (RAGNAR) rem your dancing shoes :)
Ragnar will not dance untill a full risk assessment has been carried out and checked by the health and safety executive.

Another reminder. there will be a LOT of cameras goin off all weekend. so if you've told your other half your on a works team building exersise at a monestry in herefordshire. Don't complain if you end up on FB.
