I am putting insurance companies in Room 101, specially the one I had to deal with a couple of months ago. Due to no fault of my own was involved in a bit of a car crash on Boxing day, appointed bloody garage took 2 months to get the car fixed, wouldn't check the tracking even though I knew it was out and now I had to spend £130 on 2 new tyres and the tracking......
Lynn I agree totally, after my experience with MCE last week I still can't believe that they haven't sorted out my paperwork! Awful service, pi55 poor excuses, false promises...kinda remind me of my dealings with Carole Nash....yup lob em in the room
Mine wasn't a bike crash but one with my car... I was also one of god knows how many addresses sold on by Aviva... illegally as I found out on the news, so was being pushed into making false claims... which I didn't do. No wonder insurances go up like the do...!!! Aviva replied to my email asking me to ring them on an 0800 number... 5p a min!!! I asked them for a non 0800 number instead and funnily.... they haven't replied!!!!
Moron car drivers who think it's clever to shut you off when you are filtering through traffic, a rearranged mirror on their car might learn em...Bin the them for good!!!!
