I've only been here a year, but already am protective of my elderly neighbours(of which there a few) Am already on the warpath with the local 'brothers' who think its cool to blast bangra music at 11pm. But this fella....I would seriously like to rip his head off. I dont know people like that can sleep at night?

Best to stick to squeaky clean and utterly legal efforts first though... Good on you for being protective of your neighbours - there should be more like you around. It disgusts me the way the elderly and vulnerable are treated sometimes.
