no point contesting result on mod1 or mod 2 , they allways side with the examiner . had 1 examiner run into the back of my student when he stopped at a zebra crossing. he failed our student for not giving an arm signal to show his intensions . student complained and got no where . That is an extreme case offcourse. had another student fail cuz the examiner said he was speeding !!! . the examiner wasnt in view of the student at the time , he complained and got no where .. so its best you just keep quiet as to not rock the boat . unless you have another test center you can take your test at .
I know it all sounds like jobsworths but they've got the rules to follow too. Just like any other test if you don't reach the set standard then you don't pass, no matter how close you are. Just have to suck it up and keep at it. And WE WILL GET THERE, LADIES!!!! Have faith

Your quite right of course Ang. But it doesn't mean you can't mumble at them under your breath preferably out of ear shot. And definatly don't let them think they're right.
If you aim for the pass mark then It does mean you'll fall short some of the time. You can only do your best. And try and control the nerves on the day. (he says not having to take it).
I've just realised my CBT runs out in October, for the 2nd time..grrrrr I really need to pass my test and stop paying out for CBT's!! lol and my Theory runs out around the same time too...
So I might not be able to make the training with you, Buzz as I will need to try and get my test booked beforehand.
I'm trying to do this as cheaply as I can too, as I'm on limited funds, so I may have to take my test on my own bike... hmmmm time is getting on, I think I need to get my test booked!!
@ Karey
If you use your own bike make sure before hand it can get you a A2 licence with it, some 125's will only get you a A1 licence which means you can't ride anything bigger than a 125cc and will not upgrade.
At the test centres they have a list of 125's and if they are A1 or A2.
For a A2 licence the bike must be capable of 62mph (i may by wrong on the speed) That's the official manufacturer top speed.
If you know what bike you are doing your test on if i don't know i can find out for you.
Ahhhh Ragnar.. thank you!
yes I remember someone else telling me about that when I went to get a new spark plug and because my bike is an unusual chinese bike they had to look it up and I vaguely remember him saying it might not be an A2..
I have a Zhongyu ZY125-2 which is very similar to a Suzuki GN125 with a Honda engine I think.
This is the same as mine and as anyone that's been on a ride out with me, will tell you, he can't half shift, except when going uphill ...lol

i failed twice but got there in the end :) keep going bm should have a bike that learners could use !!!! a nice er5 or summat
