I intend to be there at the end of a month of back to back rallies. South Shields, Glenshee, Lincoln, Farmyard, then back home to Kent.

Have to find some campsites in between with a laundry or I'll be camping in a field on my own for the rally, lol.

you could camp at Squires it,s near Leads, camping is free, theres always lots of bikers there, it must be the biggest biker cafe in the UK and is only a couple of miles from a village which has most of what you may need

Sorely tempted. Only every camped by car before and I know how much I can get into a Volvo estate so, SERIOUSLY, what are the absolute camping essentials - don't need space for straighteners or slap, but I do need to be cozy-warm.

BOBKAT - would be nice to meet to ride down with the Scottish contingent, expect we'll probably meet soon enough as the weather improves - it IS going to, isn't it????

Bought my ticket at the MCN Scottish bike show today.
Been offered the lend of a tent so will be trying that out for size - on and off the bike.

@Bikeabill, it's still 3 months off - way too many miles to ride and other events to go too before then.
The weeks will probably fly by, looks like a good turnout from BM is expected and I'm looking forward to meet all of you.

dont be put of by the size of this rally folks its one of the biggest around, but BM has there own group camping there together and we always have a great time

second entrance to fire field, on the edge of track through field, right hand side, about 50 meters in, look for black BM flag
