Yes, I think it's great too. When they married they continued to ride, buying a sidecar when big brother and me came along....my first ride was at 6 months of age apparently in that, with mum and bro', but then when brother 2 came along, so did cars. I can remember that instead of playing with dolls and prams like all my friends, I would 'help' dad strip and clean the bike engines, leading to my first solo bike ride at the age of 12 !!!
They don't ride now, but dad still looks wistfully whenever he sees one riding by. But at least they've still got each other!!!
I like to put the failures down as practice ;)) and there's been a few, but hey ho, ever the optimist and all that. Yur out there somewhere you just dont know it yet ;)) Mega plus side, made a lot of good friends along the way.
Hi Bomb doctor I like to think there is someone for everybody, when the times right your paths will cross.
I have a few failures too, I keep getting told that you have to kiss a few frogs to find your prince . It hasn't entirely put me off, I still hope that one day I'll find my biker prince (hopefully in his leathers )
@Angel..... know where yur comin from, believe me i'm not dissilusioned or bein negative, just not one of the BM successes thats all. like i said 'made good friends along the way ;-)

Well i didn't meet Stroggy on here, but through a friend who used to be on here.
I have found lots of brilliant friends many of whom are BFF's now, you know who you all are
As for the dating side of things on here, never worked out for me but for lots it has done and am sure for many more it will do.

LOL bd and mizzi, there was a tongue in cheek there obviously !! I'm not expecting anything other than to meet some mates to ride with from time to time - and yes, I'm up for the camping weekend next year ( gotta find a proper tent though - and learn how to put it up !! )
angel, to be honest, I was completely blown away at the friendliness of everyone - bar none - that I met on Friday , didn't feel like a newbie at all -- get yerself to a do , and you WILL have a ball , promise :-)
Lol chris my tongue is usually sticking out when im proper giddy... And im trying not to repeat myself too much coz i think every man woman and his dog knows how bloomin happy i am with my gorgeous graham....and just when i think i cant get any happier i do which is ace :-)
I keep pinching myself to check i'm not dreaming and im really not and i think it might be a long while before my feet touch the ground... Have to admit tho seeing the pretty reckless and evanescence with his arms wrapped around me definitely made me the luckiest happiest lass alive :-)
