Thank you. Yes, Devils frying pan is worth a look if that is your thing and Perranporth beach is a dream and me in my wet suit will fit right in there!! You can also go crabbing on that beach : )

Did you see the beach just like a 100 or so yards from the campsite though?
Google maps is ace, drag the little orange dude onto the road and it's like being there, most excellent!

Don't mention crabbing to my kids, you'll have them all pile in your car! We'll be taking our crabbing stuff anyway.

BM, Holywell Bay fun park is a must, your girls will love it. I love it too loads of fun stuff to do there.

Er, just had another look lol, maybe a few hundred yards, and looks more like rockpools than beach, but boss mom's kids will love it!

lol @ Bill. As long as I don't come home with crabs I don't mind! I have just looked through the website properly because I was worried about Ozzy and how welcome he'd be in Cornwall with beaches etc (which I fully understand, I'm a mum first remember) but I'm really looking forward to this now with all the possible walks from the site, the little beach closeby etc. And my sister lives in Newquay, might tell her to get all her cups out and put the kettle on for us!

spoke to gary the owner this morning who said breakfasts have to be pre ordered and said yes they can put on a curry night for us, asked about the marquee which he confirmed we can have but we have to help to put it up so thats a job for JP to organize i think
