simply not true - we'd have more of it to keep to ourselves if we closed the border.


Glad you're planning a visit, very well worth seeing - booze aside - much better than France any day! (though I'll be looking out for this trip or something similar next year; sorry stutts, cannae justify it this year. Bon voyage all the same)

i had heard there was a checkpoint on the a74 and anyone trying to get into Scotland without any alcohol on their person was turned away.

New rear tyre and full service done. New luggage purchased with a tank bag I can see over!
Having reminded everyone about their EHIC realised mine had expired doh!
