Looks like I'll be joining y'all at Loch Ness for the week. Yaayyy!!! Sorry lads.....another female to outnumber you!!! Havent made my mind up yet about accommodation but I'll let you know dizzydot if im up for a share...unless you get a better offer. Lol. ok, im gonna book in for the saturday nite, but will have ma tent for the rest of the week, tho gonna head out of the camp for a cupla days for a big explore then back to base, maybe stay in the lodge for the last nite, see how much of the funds are left...not that long to go the time will whizz past got a new campin pillow and lookin at gettin one of those campin pods too
Thats me booked into the lodge from 19th til 26th. Twin room so if anyone fancies sharing let me know. BIG warning however. Apparently I snore!!! Never heard it myself though so may just be a vicious rumour. Im also taking my car so can take tents for the hardy campers if required. : ) x
i'll share......if you want references ...lol, i went on this last year with steve H, i dont think i snore, but stayed in the bunk house in wales last year and no one and i mean no one...can snore as bad as that guy!!!!!!!
Last yeas I camped to one side of Dizzy, Dusty to the other. We both could hear snoring breaking wind all night. Not conclusive evidence I know, but....
Lovely pic Izzy :) I am camping too, will be spending a couple of days then off playing around highland coast road then back to camp for a few days. Had a great time last year, good crew and weather, only the snoring let it down..............LYN ! Lol
Oh dear, you'll need your earplugs Mart - I don't believe it myself (having never heard it) but I'm told I snore too.
Who else is camping? We allowed fires or BBQ's in the camping area?
Haven't considered popping further afield for a wee jolly - might do if was going to get B&B elsewhere but leave the tent up at Fort Augustus... hmm, plans need to be made, better get maps out, there's a lot to consider.
