how is the diet going rc this new job of mine is knocking the pounds off hun , lifting heavy furiture about and luging it up and down stairs . best thing is when you have that frist beer cold beer of the weekend it makes it seem 100 times better . ummm cold beer

got weighed today and ive lost 2lb this week!!!!!!!!!!!!!! woohoo i wanted to loose 3 for my stone but will do it next week ive lost 13lb in 2weeks not bad going hey?
