lol... what a brilliant response and a warm welcome! Thanks alot guys ! Been on a bit of a downer.. just had a week off sick, so thought I would give this site a go... and I'm glad I did ! Really really want to do my test.. bikes have been in my blood all my life, but after being married for 23yrs to a 'non-biker' I feel I've lost touch a bit. But............ thats all over and now I'm free to do what I want ... bring it on !!!!!!!!!!
Karey, I had a gap of over 20 yrs when I started biking again, if ya really love it ya gotta give it another go. There's always plenty of support on here, and out there, and on this site always gatherings to go to where you'll make good buddies and get encouragement in person.
hey kwak....have you really been trying for four years?....well dont give-up i'm sure you'll succeed in the end....would it be possible for you to wear a helmet cam next yime,cos i recon it would be somewhat beneficial to you if you should fail again....and bloody hilarious for the rest of us,ha ha ha ha....... only jokin mate,keep it up! Did Booby tell ya to say that or do you and him have the same death wish? Me not passing my test is a sore subject, not to be taken the P out of, it's cost me thousands of pounds and a lot of heartache, it's just nerves makes me make stupid mistakes which stops me getting a pass. I may be a learner but I ride better than some guys I've pillioned who have passed their test years ago. Not just blowing my own trumpet, a few have said they don't know why I haven't passed. Ijust fall to bits when I know I'm being watched
pmsl @ AM Kwak... thats really spurred me on hun, it doesn't matter how long it takes, and it sounds like you have a great bunch of mates on here. I have a few things to sort out before I cant think about doing my test, to the point where I might miss out this year... therefore having to take the new test .. which is a shame.. but well if Mr Camelot smiles down on me tonight...who knows??
