Packed as much as I can possibly fit into my little bag for my pilly seat, just got to hope I can get the tent, the sleeping bag and the chair on there as well and I still might take a rucksack to be sure lol Oh, note to self, don't forget a bag for waterproofs!!

Just looked at route/directions for first time. Despite going much further than that on holiday on my own last year with the kids that was in a car! Could people please be ready to peel me off my bike when I get there and click my back into position lol?

Who's saying showers? The Met office are just saying "too bloody hot" (23C). I came home from the Farmyard with sunburn and it wasn't even very sunny there, so I'd better pick up some sunblock.I'll have waterproofs anyway, as you're always less likely to need them when you have them.

BBC forecast ............. for Barmouth, but I agree about taking them, almost guarantees good weather

Dry for much of this period and remaining warm or very warm, especially inland. There is a chance of a few heavy showers breaking out on Sunday. Mainly light winds.

JP has informed me that I will be "gracefully chucked in the sea" at the weekend...to which I replied "I don't do anything gracefully and if I'm going in so is he" I doubt I'll need any assistance ladies, but if I do, I'm sure I can count on you all

Unfortunately I can't leave till around 9.30 as I've got to get kids off to school first. No chance of me catching anyone up on a Harley that's for sure lol

If a breakfast is involved I may well have to make an effort to join you. I need to keep my body in the shape to which it has become accustomed! But seriously, I'm not fussed about doing the journey on my own, I'm just worried I'll get bored. I want to get it over with and be there to start annoying everyone I haven't met yet lol
