Sorry folks have had to lock this for the time being until Matt can make a decision, I'm sure you will all understand and be aware of the reasons. Thanks for your cooperation in this matter.
Following on what jpharley has said, the admin team is getting reports of an incident between two BikerMatch members at this rally which has put one person in hospital and the other in a police cell awaiting a court appearance after the Bank Holiday. Obviously we take this very seriously. We know we can't totally censor any discussions of it in chat or on the forum, but please, please, think very carefully before posting. Those of you who were there and saw what happened may have strong feelings about the matter. Try and keep things polite if you feel the need to post. Remember that as far as the law is concerned everyone is innocent until proved guilty, and lawyers from either side could conceivably be watching. If you think you've got anything particularly useful to add, then it might be an idea to contact Yorkshire MAG or the police.
Thanks,
Wills and the moderators team
PS It goes without saying that we'll try to keep you all up to date with the eventual outcome.
