Weather is looking hopeful,,,,at least it is on the forecast I looked at. On the downside it doesn't look like I will be able to get away till lunchtime on Friday so will probably end up heading straight for the campsite. But it can all change again between ow & then :-)
Don't worry to much about no reply, in the past I have just pitched up, and he has caught up with me later, I have even stayed for a couple of nights, and left the money on his window sill he's
Excellent....and the weather is loooking good.
Come on all you who were "thinking about it and it depends on the weather"....no excuses now. Might be a bit nippy round the edges but a good laugh, a good ride and good people beckons and what more could you ask for what could possibly be the last ride out.
Give your bike, yourself and your camping gear once last hurrah.
only three more days before you can experience freezing your butt of in Anglesey (which I have just noticed I've been spelling wrong the entire flipping thread!). You just KNOW you want to.....
Don't worry if you can only do one day. Also everyone is welcome, regardless of experience. Should you have a pilly seat vacant, please post this. Join in the competition "bring something for Plumbski to wear" ........The camp site is bodfanfarm.co.uk 01407810706 and pitches are £7.00 and 20p for showers. You need to ask for the back field/dunes as these are next to the loos, so less of a trek in the dark. If those of you who want to camp can PM me as quickly as possible I can let the owner of the camp site know, but you will need to sort out payment directly. The route as suggested by Plumbski is Meet Chester Services at 9.30/10.00 (Junction 14 M56)A494 RhuthunB5105 CerrigydrudionA5 B4501A4212 TrawsfynddA470A487A4085 BeddgelertA498A4086 LlanberisA4244A5 AngleseyA5025Stop / campDay two after camping at Rhossy,A4080 Llanfair PG for DDA55A487 CaernarfonA499 PwllheliPos detour to Abersoch???A497 DolgellauA494 BalaA5A494A5104 Pondarosa?? Absolutely hon.........I do remember him stating "rather ride naked than wear hi viz"......now do I remind him of this fact on the day??????? have a feeling he may be quicker than Shakey of the start line if he has to strip off to ride......
lol @GBNP......and I've noticed we've gone from Top Gun to Star Trek....wot you like chick (doing my best spock raised eyebrow impersonation)
For those who may not have read the whole thread......read the whole thread.....naked riding is not the norm .....well unless you really want to or you make really rash comments to me, than well you are just asking for trouble
I've updated the calendar info
I advise everyone who is going to have a look at the camp's website, it's full of info about costs and local attractions etc

Well after all that & seeing as the sun is due to make an appearance I have decided to head up tomorrow anyway & find somewhere to stopover as it will save me getting up at the crack of dawn to make it in time (170 miles to Chester for me) thats if I din't take the scenic route....oooooh now theres a thought wheres my maps.
Fairplay lionfish thats a fair trek, hopefully it will be worthwhile for you, the routes awesome, we might get some misty drizzle in Snowdonia, but apart from that its looking good, 20degrees on Sunday, believe that when I see it
