I don't snore . The only noise I heard on a night was the buzzing of Lyn's electric tooth brush. Only God knows why it took her half an hour a night to clean her teeth . The poor lass's gums must have been sore coz I could hear her moaning from time to time. X

Oh , I forgot to ask. Is anyone camping on this camping week to loch Ness ? I need to decide which tent to take . Don't want to look like 'billy no mates' if the rest of you are glamping in the lodge .

Is it £23.00 per night plus about £25.00 for breakfast and dinner in the pub .Call it £350.00 for the week plus £150.00 for fuel . £200.00 beer and snacks. Mmm about £100.00 per day.

"Billy no mates'' it is lol. Don't mind a bit of cooking and bbqing .

Just checked out the lodge . Looks gorgeous . The kitchen and dining area looks partylicious. "any road up" i've sent em an Email about availability . Seriously considering turning into a camping pouf . Mmm , soft bed , fresh sheets , hard roof , big kitchen , and of course the piece de resistance . A pot to pi55 in lol

I like the toothbrush comment Dusty.

To quote Sir Henry (of Rawlinson End) "Seems a novel enough way to commit suicide...."

I've spoken with the Lodge today to clear up the rates.
It's £23 per person per night, not per room.
I asked if there is a single occupancy surcharge. Not in the quiet season apparently but in June / July there may be.
Clear as mud then.

And the lodge latest is,,,,,,,[email from Ian]

A twin room is £46.00 per night for one or two occupants.

The lodge is fully booked on Friday 25th.

Oh well, at least you all know the craic so you can make your decisions.

I'll be camping in my tepee.

But I'll also bring a small tent to take to Skye for a night.

It's a long ride there and back in a day.

Anybody else up for it?
