JP.... oh dear. was this recent? I haven't seen 'em since the late eighties.....or mid nineties (drunken debauchery at many rallies cannot remember the years) Maybe he got a big head after becoming so well liked? Kinda reminds me of a certain Mr Van Morrison too unfortunately Sad how some peeps get above theirselves when they get a fan base/ established name ... hope youse get some good band/s anyway xx

here here dustin someone will always be unhappy with the band choice and to be honest if they dont like it there are plenty of areas they can go to where they cant hear them i for one dont mind what band is on as long as its not the travelling band as theyre diabolical

It was about 2001 ish and as you say he just expected to be treated like a rock god and he failed lol. As said for the bands at Kiss that is up to the Kiss Team to decide who they book all we have to do is pay for a ticket turn up and enjoy the weekend. XK gets the option of running Kiss6 then it moves on again so if anybody dont like his bands I surgest you put your name down to run a Kiss rally

To set the record straight:

The bands will play predominately rock, with a few 'softer' numbers, to give the lugholes a bit of a rest.

The disco will be open to requests, so all get the opportunity to hear their favourites.

To show our support to XK we we have a nice little ride up from the South.
It's only 50 miles more than than last year.
Please before anyone one from the South says it's to far please remember Kiss 2012 was 15 miles in our favour.

I thought about the southern members when I decided on Squires.
Although it's a distance, it's all motorway from London, so timewise very do-able.
Even tho u might not arrive with a smile on your face after such a boring journey, I guarantee you will leave with one.

I'll try to get down for this one as not done any KISS runs and terrible me being staff in all but previous dates were always busy for me.

As for having a KISS run in Scotland, would be easily possible but numbers will be tiny compared to any other year I would have thought. I will have a chat with MrMike see if us two being the furthest oop North BM staff want to come up with something for following year

local knowledge Etc.
