David you how to waste money going to metropolis.

Chris I nornally go to Infinity at Clapham but they can't do it for 3 weeks.I like to put a few miles on after a service, just in case they cock up something. Also MOT runs out this week.
I am aiming for 8-30 so may see you.

I'll be running about near the service department at that time, so hopefully I see you on Thursday.

Not a good start. The bike had a complete flat when I got it out for takng to service and MOT.
Got a call from Mettopolis. Need 2 tyres and disc pads all round.
plus they are replacing the heated grips. This is not going to be cheap.
On the plus side, the bike will be in top condition for France.

Best not let me use it then Chris. Unless you want to find some fallen trees. That reminds me, I must update my Europian maps.

yes I have green flag but just uprate for the trip usually £ 22.00 extra for peace of mind, you get so much extra assistance ,and had to use it once last year ,got a top hotel, car and bike delivered to my door and didn't have to come back till original date, plus spending money all for £22.00
