Too darn right Mr S: i've spoken to so many customer "advisers" at Virgin that I recognise the script they're working from. If they can't solve the problem themselves, the concept of referring you to someone who can seems to be utterly beyond them. Or maybe mire truthfully they're just not allowed to.

well i found a nice little phone number on saynoto0870.com and i got through to an adviser within 3 mins yes 3 mins.
he put me through to tech support and then tech support told me that my activation number is wrong, customer services? tell me its the correct one.
well i now have to wait until monday to get hold of sales and give them an ear bashing

Had a riding lesson with an advanced motorcyclist instructor, needed a bit of help with my road positoning on bends. Went over the Cat and Fiddle a few weeks ago and really struggled. Good lesson and learnt a lot.
