tickets and t-shirts are now on sale via the event page (see link
above). There will be no ticket sales on the gate, advance tickets only,
so get in quick folks. Payment to be made via Paypal. Only one guest
per member - partner/spouse or family member. Friends requiring tickets
who are over 18 can easily become standard members for free in order to
buy their own tickets. Tickets will not be sent out, wristbands
will be issued upon registration at the rally. T-shirts will also be
available for collection at the rally.
Please
make sure you check the box agreeing to the "Rally Rules" when buying
tickets and also if you are buying a t-shirt that you state whether you
want your real name, BM Username or no name on the front (left side
chest) as per sample in my profile as well as choosing the correct size.
Any queries please PM Boss Mom BEFORE purchasing your tickets or t-shirts as these are non-refundable transactions.
This
is going to be a great first rally for BikerMatch and you won't want to
miss it. Sunshine ordered along with a great weekend's entertainment.
You will be able to register on site from 10AM on the Friday so get there nice and early to start enjoying your weekend!

3. T-shirts are not available to buy at the rally, need to be ordered for collection at the rally, not being sent.
4. There is no paying on the gate, this is a pre-book member (and guest) only event.
5. Visitors welcome for the day but there will be no camping or entrance to the bar/entertainment without a ticket.
6. If you require a meal at the pub Friday or Saturday teatime/evening then please PM Brummie Jackie or myself to book a place.

Think you should of had a email or PM reply which people could print of for there own peace of mind so they know you have recived there payment. This idea of nothing just leaves people wondering who has there payment and the possabilaty of people turning up and saying they haved payed when they may not of, could be a nightmare for people on the gate sorting out if people are who they say they are if there face is not knowen
My paypall account gives me the details, as did an emailed paypal reply along with that I also rec'd an automated reply from Bikermatch.
People can always print out their pay pal transactions if they want to.
