The 'Tag Team's efforts of Stuie n my daughter in an attempt to 'persuade' me to get a pet. Ranging from Puppy, Kitten, Giant Rabbit, Tortoise, Guinea Pig, Fish, Snake right through to Racoon or Turtle; which lasted approx 40 minutes. I laughed so much that I cried . It was worse than having two eight year olds whining on
Tramping along the in woods,kicking up great showers of fallen leaves,then spotting a family coming the other way,their VERY young kids doing exactly the same....simple pleasures never wane.:)>
I even passed my leaf kicking skills onto a couple of my old colleagues a few years ago and they are now most proficient at finding great places to while away an hour or so, until the heart is content.
It should be made compulsory for everyone over the age of 40 to kick leaves, at least once a week, betwixt October and March each year. It's great therapy, and no matter how fed up you are, a good leaf kicking session brings a smile and a feeling of release and then calm.
Blummin' Badgers....the Stripey Head Mob have been mining for coal,iron or diamonds on my lawn again overnight,and the compost heap looks like bulldozers ran through there...cold weather makes them dig deeper,blessem..:)>
Laugh....printing off and reading my shopper run on the bus tomorrow...apparently got to include a photo shoot at Tesco,with Janis the bus..say chiz...:)>
