ok, it takes alot to get me mad but sometimes i feel there are powers that be that are dead set against me!!! just thought i should take my car to garage to get some petrol, handbrake off.. good to go.... but no!! it wouldnt move... i figure the brakes must still be on! tried again but no use, my car is going nowhere!! so now i'm tampin at the thought of more garage bills!!!! lovely AA man comes along with a big huge metal bar and a hammer, gives a good whack to both back wheels and what do you know............ instant movement!!! boy do i feel stupid... not only have i wasted a call out (apparently you can only have four a year!?) but also, embarassment in the face of a rather yummy AA fella!! who did assure me that this is a very common problem, espcially if you have been driving through floods like i had to on friday evening!!! what did make me smile at the end of all this was reading the wording used to describe the work carried out..... "Technical Adjustment" ..... yep that sounds about right!!!

I often find peoples central heating pumps need a technical adjustmen after summer when they put the heating first time so dont feel bad it the easyest £30 they'll make

Why is it that when the bank fone you they ask you to give details to prove who you are ??? They rang me !!!!!!!!!!!!!

They are never impressed when you ask them to prove they are really the bank

Thanks for that tip Bikeabill although i have to say i was trying to reverse it first! tried forwards backwards sidewards upwards.. damn brakes were stuck fast!! i think i will invest in said Technical Adjuster....... in other words.. long heavy duty metal pole!!!
