sorry to hear that hrc . you know you can achieve the speed youve done it b4 .
karey obtaining your full licence should be fun . most of our students actually enjoy the swerve and avoidance excersize its nothing to worry about or be scared of ..
Angela so sorry hun dont give up, just keep telling yourself as your going round I can do it, and I will do it , thats what I did... it worked for me
good luck hun

Awwww Jim that's so nice....I KNOW I can do it and I will. Cheers sweetie and thanks for your encouragement
You do realised though Jim, don't you that riding up and down Hartside Pass isn't a true and lifelike test of the skills needed to ride a bike....there aren't enough cones!
well done nbc great stuff . As far as i can see it if your 24 or over it shouldnt be anymore expensive next year to get your full licence . However for those younger than that will have to pay all over again to step up to the next licence catagorie (if wanted) . Thats because after january 19th 2013 the 2 year automatic upgrade will be abolished ..
When are you taking your bike test? Hmmm good question...wish I knew
I booked my mod 1 some weeks ago to give myself time to fit lessons in, get my head in the right place etc etc....and it's not many days away now
Got phone a call from my instructor this morning....There's been an 'incident' at the Blackburn test site & part of the fence has been demolished.
I asked if a rider was involved. Yes, and she's still in hospital...poor lassie, bless her and my heart goes out to her. I really hope she's better soon
I don't know whether I will do my test on the designated day...it may be moved to another date or it may be moved to another site...Atherton (I don't even know where that is. Near Manchester I think and I live in Cumbria for fecks sake) or Kirkham near Blackpool
There's been an accident and they insist on calling it an 'incident'! I bet that lassie was saying to herself I've got to go faster, I've got to get up more speed
The whole situation with mod1 makes my blood boil. It's so unreal. I really resent being made to ride like this when it's so unnatural, against my instincts and artificial
Rant rant rant
something major must have gone wrong to hit the fence !!! . maybe a stuck throttle or a front wheel puncture ?? who knows .. but the fencing is along way away from the cones you ride round .. on the top curve your only asked to ride at 19 mph , and then on the straight only asked to ride at 31 mph .. these speeds are the speeds you will be doing everyday . so it really isnt anything to worry about trust me .. im sure on the day youll do just fine and you will wonder what all the fuss was about ..
good luck ..
