Been out on Freya with zzrbabes42 and viking princess...got wet through met up at Matlock Bath...got even wetter and then rode back to my house..had another fab afternoon and giggle with good friends..thanks girls!! x see us girls ride in all weathers!!
Awe thanks Em x you know me well...I dont "play" at being a biker Ive got "biker" through me & my soul like Blackpool rock! You should know as youre another "biker" through & through..hey all my bikes have had some great adventures..can you remember me having my own thread with my all my exploits on Mini V my Varadero 125 & taking the new test in an attempt to encourage others to join the biking community..had a few laughs didnt we? Ivr loved every second on every bike!!
matlock in rain yesterday cant beat the ice cream or the company both fab.today back to work but only two days this week off thurs till tues whooop whoooop
went to cadwell with feylin on Sunday.....great ride up on speed four,doing substitute duty for tiger9,missed huge rainstorm by yards on way back......decided to go through Grantham and head diagonally across country.stopped for traffic lights....bike dies,dash display blank....fuse?duff wire?left bike 5 mins ,try key,all good again ,fuses o.k. no obvious loose connection.off we go .1/2 mile,next lights same thing.rac called ,told them send van with trailer,it's the alternator duff,just recover it . 1 hour later man/van turns up,asks several daft/irrelevant questions,multi tester out eventually,"it's your alternator".gggggggggggrrrrrrrrrrr.calmed down and said recovery then ta.no problem they are based in grantham says rac man...4 BLOODY HOURS LATER,.....eejit turns up loads bike and away we go.if you have ever been beside someone asleep at the wheel on a motorway....holy crap,thought we were going to die or kill somebody at very least...trip home with aa via Carole Nash on Monday absolutely flawless thank gawd.........fey,for your limitless patience ,good humour and gallons of coffee(huge hug)xxxxxxxxx

now keep getting invites to aa/rac christmas parties!!!!!!am thinking of setting up car share scheme with both ,hahaha.tiger9 , and the rest of us all ready looking forward to your company at KISS,be careful,will sell you a recovery membership!!hahahaha ,later,ride safe(on the back of a lorry somewhere,broken triumphs a speciality).x

Not actually been out on my bike today but I finally bit the bullet and went on a website and booked an important thing that loads of people have been nagging me about....but I'm not saying when it's booked for
Cleaned the calipers and replaced the pads and caliper pins after an almost catastrophic brake failure on the M6 left me doing 200 miles with no front brakes.....obviously someone upstairs lookin out for me as if they had failed the day before I'd prob not be here to tell the tale :( having done 250 miles of fast twisties round the borders :) still....best not to dwell on that too much!
on the bike today,speedy 600 collected by bike shop last night for investigation into premature death of alternator in Grantham,hope it's something simple.....and cheap!!tiger 900,started sorting luggage arrangements for KISS rally ,remenmbering yo allow for 2 people's crap,not just mine!!xxxx
