Everyone has been sent the campsite details (I missed yuou out Sharkey, cus you already had them), as for the ride out. That's down to Andy, so I guess he will let us know what he has planned as soon as poss, won't you Andy!!!!!!!
No worries Trish. Didn't know if you'd PM'ed everyone the address or not, and with it not being on the events calendar, no way for people to check postcode and a contact telephone number.
Hope the weather holds out, cos I reckon I'll have to swap car for bike for the rideout on the saturday...Providing Andy pulls his finger out and posts details...unless it's a mystery tour of course
cant people just get details of the ride out when they arrive?? seemed to be what happened at KISS although there appeared to be some confusion as there were so many different rideouts, i presume there will just be the one next sat !! xx
They could do Mandy, but there might be people coming just for the ride out, so at the very least it would be good to be able to give them a time that we will be leaving. This isn't my part of the organising, so not up to me.
did'n think there was any confusion over ride outs at the KISS there was always going to be at least two and once we new were they were going i went round every one telling them so what was the problem
i didnt mean there was a problem bill - just people unable to decide which ones & how long they would take etc!
@ BL - good point re day visitors - time leaving and approximate duration may be a good idea!! lol
