Details for this as follows: Saturday, 26th November 2011 7pm to 12.30am Red Lion Pub, Stratford Road, Shirley, West Midlands B90 3AX DJ/Karaoke - £3 on door Strictly limited numbers (room capacity 100) so please add your face to events page ONLY if you are definitely going to make it. The pub itself can take any overspill, but function room numbers are limited. Premier Inn just across the road (literally) as well as one slightly further up the road at Hall Green. See Premier Inn website - the one you want is Solihull North (B90 3AG). Rooms presently available for £49. The last day of the bike show at the NEC is Sunday 27th for anyone interested. http://www.premierinn.com/en/search!execute.action The pub is situated in a busy High Street with lots of restaurants and take-aways and for those staying at the Premier Inn this is attached to the Saracen's Head pub which does a wide selection of food. Premier Inns do get more expensive the less rooms they have left so good idea to book asap to ensure the price doesn't go up

Solihull North Premier Inn is literally just across the road from the venue so would be first choice but either the Birmingham South (Hall Green) one or the Solihull (Shirley) one are just a couple of minutes in a taxi from the venue so if there are a few of you a cab would cost next to nothing from either of those. You could walk to the Hall Green one in around 15 minutes I expect. Hope this helps. Any queries or problems PM me.

Measured today and the Birmingham (Hall Green) Premier Inn is 0.8 miles away - so not much of a walk if the Solihull North one is getting expensive.
