ok I'm fine either way, just throwing out ideas. Gonna bring a bunch from Holland hopefully for this. What about ride outs on Saturday? Anyone know the area well?

Ride out depending on weather isn't a problem. There's a brewery for anyone that wants a brewery tour - think it's about four quid. Then there's Skeggie for seaside chips and ice cream.

Just phoned the venue and we have the larger field to camp in due to the increasing numbers. I was asked if the toilets / showers are porta cabins or proper facilities. The are proper facilities inside the pub with 24 hour access. There is only one shower but I'm told it's a decent one. Children are welcome in the pub but must be supervised as the pub is open to other customers.

Any B&Bs near by? My Dutch mates also asking (due to time of year, cold camping etc). Wouldn't mind my own bed and shower so I don't have to queue with 100 bikers for one shower also. Walking distance though as the Travelodge lied to me for the KISS rally and Ken had to give me a lift a few times.

Thanks mate. Is that walking distance? What is the Anchor Hotel that I see on Google maps? Is that related to the Inn?

lol @ BJ. Not sure of the distance Matt. The B&B is in the village and I'm going up to the venue on Sunday so I'll walk it and let you know. To get an accurate distance I'll even zig zag to replicate you walking it after a few beers; lol. As far as I'm aware the venue don't have rooms so I doubt the hotel you've seen will be the same.

The Anchor Inn has Anchor Hotel over it's entrance. For those who fancy a longer rideout, I'm thinking of the north Norfolk coast, as far as Cromer. The round trip would be 170 miles. Could be easily shortened, tho. Plenty of time for paddling and ice-creams

And how many Hours will the longer ride out be XK,,,thats if i decide to go on ride out,,,,might just do a bit of chillaxing on the day instead,,,unless there's rum n raisin ice-cream on route !!!!

I can't see that one being beaten for a long time. But the leaders need to be beaten for a long time!
