Saw a young badger road casualty,just along from where my daughter works...the road is well lit,wide enough to take avoiding action...some people just don't look,or give a toss...:(>

Hearing today that one of my oldie's husbands got taken by Covid over xmas/new year...shortly after being given 3 months to live due to cancer...life can be cruel or merciful...:/>

Notification that a gig postponed from 2020 has been postponed again to 2022.......

Just found out that the Diamond Races on the Isle of Wight have been postponed until 2022, not surprising and probably a sensible decision but sad nevertheless....

On a normal Shrove Tuesday about this time I'd be stood with about a thousand other folk in the centre of Ashbourne waiting for the ball to be turned up for the annual game of football...........
Goals are 3 miles apart and the only rule is 'No Murder!'

Not this year of course....................

Sad to read that HellFest 2021 has been postponed again until 2022. ☹️

I know it makes sense but to say a 3 day festival capacity of 60,000 has to be dropped to 5,000 seated and socially distanced, with no decision made on whether food or beverages will be available, does NOT a 'Festival' make.

Hats off to the HellFest Crew for their statement.

Unhappy...wasting time and fuel travelling 40 mile round trip for a teenager who didn't show...and a VERY near miss with a moron in white van,overtaking on the brow of a hill...going to be one of those days..:/
