Hi Yorkiegirl. a few pages back, I did a search for Twok and put some links up. There are a couple of NCPs local to the place, there is one on Oxford Road, albeit not that cheap.
Just trawelled back. Here is the information. Alternatively speak to PC Guru as I know a few are indoor camping at his, and maybe you can park outside his and grab a taxi in with the hoards. Hope that suggestion is ok with you PC....if not get me when you see me :-) "There is an ncp just off Oxford street, chepstow street.
About two mins from pub n club.
There is also parking at Manchester Central (former GMex)
Plenty of room at my place, just bring a sleeping bag / air bed etc.
Probably enough to warrant a mini-bus to get us in and out of town, be cheaper than parking.
There are car parks on the outskirts for £2 - £3 for the night, with prices rising the further in to City Centre you get, but nowhere is more than 15 - 20 mins walk away.
Plenty of free on street (pavement) parking for bikes if you're on 2 wheels!
Thank You Everyone - I have problems with walking (on crutches) so I was searching disability parking!!! I've been to both of the places before on a night out (just could remember the name of the fab cafe) and I'd have problems getting from one to the other and if I remember the fab cafe has a few steps to get into it!!! Thank You PcGuru for the offer of staying at yours - Ive had to give up rallies because of not being able to get on and off the floor and have problems with my internal thermostat (it's broke) so I freeze (I have an electric blanket on all the time at home) - plus not being able to drink I would have been driving home!!! I'm going to Rally with a Chalet and I'll be at the NABD Rally on the Saturday daytime as me and my sister take her twins to it for the day!!!
