Unfortunately folks the b and b which offered the cheap rates is now full lol but i have sussed that the Norfolk Hotel, on Hagley Road which is city centre is doing rooms either single or double inc breakkie for 34.50 per nite, sorry if thats higher priced than folks were expecting :(
On the brighter side looks like our numbers are probably passing the 30 mark now closer to the 40 god help brum city centre !!!!!!!!!!
Spoke to the manager at the Malt House canal side just off broad street brum city centre, down side of canal next to Reflex and she is aware that a motley crew are descending on them
7 - 7.30 pm meeting up at Malt House for grub
Afterwards off down 5 minute walk to German Market and Beer Kellar :)

It's literally opposite side of canal to sealife centre Drob. Right on the Junction.
Tow path goes behind The Brass house other side of broad st from Gas st. away from canal basin.
You need to be on towpath closest to syphony hall .
