A run to Matlock was mentioned a while ago cos Matlock isn't that far away from the Roaches. And also possibly taking in a run across the cat and fiddle. I hope so cos I haven't done the cat & fiddle on a bike for many many years, so that's my special request if possible...last time I was at the roaches I was sat in a sidecar but that's not quite such a happy memory lol
Margaret, are you going on your bike then? I'm not taking Ziggy.. i need to take my big tent and lots of blankets ! lol
If there's a spare pilly seat going can I bagsy it please....somebody??
Hey, I'm definitely getting deja vous now!
Nope, I hold my hands up and admit that I'm a great big wimp . I would be a gibbering wreck by the time I got to Preston if I even tried it on my bike. No, no, no...I too am scrounging a pillion and yamahama probably already knows he's been earmarked cos he owes me half a tank of petrol!

The weather maps are showing for rain to be gone by early on Friday morning. No rain forcast untill late on Sunday. Will be cool tho. High of 13 degrees C.
UPDATE:
I've just spoken to the farm-owner, there's no problem with car parking and she says the Moss Rose Inn is open as far as she knows, but they aren't able to do any food at the minute, just drinks.
They are going thro a Re-furb, so are a bit limited...but there are other pubs in the area..and Leek town is only a mile away.
I should get there sometime Friday afternoon, I'm looking forward to this, it should be a good weekend
See you there!
