Well let's just say I won't be wearing the bikini today 😝😝😝 the wind is bitingly cold and canal is frozen...... Keep seeing swirls of snow being blown across the fields.... ❄ but on a plus as per the last few days....... GLORIOUS sunshine ☀ 🤗
Blooming ice cold in Alex ,soz Belfast, at min, but no snow yet. Hope you don't get frozen in Suzi hon but yes the sun is brill here too, god I miss my bike in weather like this, the ice sharpens your senses ❤ :( xx
It's really strange around Coventry (south). Took the dogs out tonight and my face was being stung by tiny ice crystals. Weird! It didn't seem to bother them, strangely, so we were out for about an hour. The pavements were mainly clear aside from the occasional drift but, bizarrely, the main road was covered in a snow-ish coating making driving very tricky (as I found out earlier). Maybe it's my advancing years, but I don't recall conditions like this before.
It's lovely up here in Sheffield...lots of snow on the side roads ( where are the Gritters? ) and lots of closed schools and early finishes for the workers
Well ice been out pruning me roses all day in a bikini and big sunhat..... 😂 😂 😂 OK.... It's snowing heavier this evening.... The towpath is hard to pass due to big 3 ft snowdrifts across it...... The canal is frozen with at least 2 inches of ice.... I cut a hole out the ice today to see how thick it is....... But hey.... We def having a winter this year!! 😝
