i have lost 3st 1lb with virtually no exersize why would i want to start now?? besides running does nothing but damage your knees and ankles we are not designed to run on hard concrete surfaces im quite happy just riding my trials bike
well i havnt reported on the journey for some time now.its been a bit up and down this week was 1/2lb off and am now only 1.5lb to the target i set when i started.hopefully next week i will get there.and then i may think about revising my target not sure but i have now lost 45lb in total and i feel fabulous
Very well done on the weight loss, I too have lost 3 and a half stone in around 4 months, i bought a treadmill and a multi gym and went for it. I lost my first stone in 16 days, seriously, i couldn't believe my eyes when i got on the scales. Gets boring after a few weeks of it but you just make yourself do it and it does pay off.
