well after putting me off full English in Bed, about to have my lunch now!!! Active imagination with those bacon rashers uh Paul hope you have good washing powder for sheets too lol!! - bet I could match it with the beans tho lol!!! Anyway, just got sent home by son - turned up to his (still unwell with virus!) in full biking gear to take Duke out when heavens opened. Sent me home like naughty girl to rest up and nurse virus - so boring these kids lol!!! Interesting role reversal when your kids grown up and you're not the typical matronly mum like mine was. I now get "careful on that bike mum/mmm nice leathers/where you going/who with/they ok and what time home/call me"!!! needless to say, they get told what they need to and Mum does what she wants and thinks is best for her lol!!!! My friends do laugh tho and most ppl find it hard to believe Im their mum when we're out together which really pees them off but my kids are wonderful, love em to bits and my best achievements so far - as for me today? bloody stuck on the sofa with me lemsip again today!!!! However, new "baby" all wrapped up in nice warm workshop with sons Blade to keep her company, he did at least let me start her up and drool a little today .............pics will have to wait for next sunny day and me to feel better so watch this space all - wont be long!! Sandy xx

Im a dab hand at full English too - especially when everyone is recovering after night before and feeling worse for wear - there I am in all my glory, cooking brekkie for em all - all moan and groan, but all enjoy it when its put in front of em lol!!! Must admit feeling really crap right now, doubt Ill be fit for work again tomorrow but hopefully, on the mend soon!! Sandy x

Yes, so if any of you are looking for a well trained, domesticated male, just look us up on Match lol. Or failing that see the definition of whipped online.

hate chicken soup - mother scarred me for life with it!! Every time I was ill as a child, thats what she gave me - now I only associate it with illness so never touched it since. As for cooking, domesticated males - I taught my kids (yes especially my son) to be independant in the kitchen from an early age - he can cook, wash, iron, hoover etc etc. Seems cruel not to as I always wanted both my kids to be able to do for themselves no matter what and if with partners, help out and do their share. Mothers that dont have alot to answer for you know - besides, as well as not being totally useless/helpless theres something very nice and sexy about a man who can and does cook for you and is good about the house - and I dont just mean in the bedroom - get my drift lol??!!! Sandy x giving chick soup a miss - ty for offer all - prob at home tomorrow again tho!!!

have to agree with paul on this one homemadid chicken soup is just so scrummy an if its got dumplings in it its better. i hate cooking cant stand it, but i make everything from scratch dont buy ready meals, pies, spag bol, chillie, burgers all done from fresh stuff. its paid off sons a strapping lad 5"7 size 11 shoe and dead strong an hes just turned 14 had to laugh cos he'd been begging me to buy him a rustler microwave burger thing so i got him 1, he had it for his tea had 2 bites of it and threw it away, he was discusted with it so that sorted his lightening fast food out

Storm Sounds like you have a young rugby player there! My brother had one of those cheap and nasty rustler burgers bought from a petrol station. I thought it looked absolutely disgusting but he was adamant it was most excellent! When the ex and I lived together I would prepare all meals after watching how she shoved fish shapes (Made from chicken I guess) down her daughters throat. Very soon we had both kids eating freshly prepared meals with lots of vegetables and they liked it. I think it's only when you give them something they are not used to that they won't eat it.
