Who's got room for some bits ??? If anyone can fit in a multi pack of xxx strong mints ( not trebor ) I'd be grateful. I eat them constantly . I know you'll all be pushed for space especially you mr KC !! so it's no worries if not.
Just checked out the fastcat prices, Ill be keeping an eye on the weather, and you never know . . . Would be good to see the place in glorious sunshine!
Got some peeps lined up for a ride out with us on the Sunday. planning a trip down to the Abbey / Canal through the forest ( 10 minutes !) a little peruse around the artisan market ( very small, but great ambience) Have lunch sat outside at the little bar next to the Canal, with live music, then gear up ad head out for the afternoon.
Thought you might all want a lie in in the morning after your voyage the day before, and the day before that for some of you !!
Slidy - Try and make it if you can. The weather is going to be glorious and the company fantastic.

still waiting on three shifts to be covered (agagagagagagag) they will have to be I been doing this job for a year today and not had any time off (once when I couldn't log on ) so i think i really need this break (been tryng to think of some ride outs to get some practice in before the holiday so im not to useless on the ride outs lol :)
was planning to go to egypt and then unable to (didn't want go on my own lol) and saw this thread and thought oh that's perfect .......no hassle just a nice run over to France (brittany its gonna be great !!!!!)))
Wow it's a long ride to Egypt !!! I'm sure we won't be blasting anywhere, and we don't all need to do the same thing. When Slidey's lot are over they do some together and some on their own, dependant on how hung over they are I think !!!!
Debs - If you are going to Normandy, it is worth seeing the Bayeaux Tapestry. Took the grandchildren there a couple of years ago.. But it might be quite a distance.
If you want to do the Normandy landing beaches, it might be best to do it on the way to the gite. As you are coming into Le Harve, you go past them, Mont St Michel, the lovely town of Dinan, which is good for a quick food stop and leg stretch, and loads of other places. We spend the trip from ferry to gite as the first days ride out, getting there early evening. But if thats your plan, check with mickey what time the shops close, and make sure you have supplies in for the first night.
