Oh Caro Emerald!!! How wonderful!!!! For some reason her voice reminds me of a cross between Amy Winehouse, Shirley Bassey and Doris Day lol. Love her individual style!

Ooooooh Cat UB40 are fantastic live , I only saw 'em once in the '80s but they were/are amazing, lots of other musicians tend to join 'em on stage lately too so it will be great :)
I must check out if Ms Emerald is playing here anytime soon, I would love to see her live!! Oh and I have my wee Doors tribute band next week to see, can't wait, so will be playing loads of Doors stuff this week to get in the mood :)
Now listening to more of the fab Ms Emerald... got the playlist on Youtube... she also reminds me of The Andrews Sisters too lol, so many brilliant influences, but her own unique style x
Just checked her out and she has a gig in Sheffield on Sunday then she is back off to Europe after, no dates here in UK awwww, oh well Im sure I will see her soon x
