Starting from Shawy's place in Chadderton (Oldham) send Shawy a PM for his address and contact info.
The ride is not a direct route it will be about 80 miles and take about 2 1/2 hours - ish.
The ride will start at 9.30 am so if you want a brew come round earlier.
THE ROUTE:
Take the A62 into Oldham at Mumps bridge (there is no bridge anymore)
Then take the A669 to Greenfield, then left onto A635 Holmfirth Road.
At the end turn right onto the A6024 down to the Woodhead pass.
Down the Woodhead pass and take a left onto the B6105, which will take you to the lights in Glossop town centre at this point there is a cafe through the lights on the left hand side for a 15 min pit stop / comfort break.
Then we crack on down the A624 to townend and turn right on to the B5470 down to the main lights.
Turn left onto the A5004 Long Hill.
What an amazing bit of road into Buxton.
Down the A6, till we reach the Chesterfield turn off, left onto the A619 at Bakewell. Stay on there then till we get to the roundabout on the A632.
Turn right at the roundabout onto the A632 then stay on it all the way into Matlock Bath should be there at about 12.30 just in time for some dinner.
