Event: BM 4th K.I.S.S Rally

This is the 4th official BM K.I.S.S rally, the previous ones have been well supported with excellent turn-out but we expect this one to excel due to the following reason......

Littlefecker (Kaz) and Potnoodles (Simon) met via BM a couple of years ago and being an "unconventional" couple decided to take it one stage further and asked us "can we get married at the rally this year?" closely followed by "and could we have it at the end of May, please?", well..... after all of about 30 seconds deliberation we said (on behalf of all of you guys) "We would be honoured" so roll up... roll up... for the chance to help these guys celebrate in style.

FACILITIES

Late bar and beer tent both nights

Breakfasts will be available from 8:30am Saturday and Sunday where you can opt for "baguette" style or full english

A selection of "deal" meals will be on offer from circa £5 in addition to the pubs normal menu. These "deals" will be along the lines of chilli, curry, burgers etc but will post more when negotiations are finalised. Vegetarian options will be available.

Toilet facilities along with both male and female showers will be available 24hrs a day

Friday night band will be Aka Skaface - giving you the chance to indulge in a little madness etc.

Saturday night band will be BadDog - providing a selection of well loved rock/metal covers

DJ will host before and after the bands on both nights

EVENT RULES AND GUIDELINES
============================

This is STILL a members only event with only one guest allowed per member.

Tickets, priced at £15 per person, under 16s are free admission by prior arrangement with organisers, 1 child per adult, names and ages to be given in comments section on booking form.

NB.Tickets are available by prebook only so there will be no ticket sales at the gate.

Upon registration each ticket holder will be provided with a wristband which must be worn for the duration of the rally in order to gain entry to the venue. Site staff will be checking wristbands throughout the weekend and your co-operation with this would be appreciated.

There is no extra charge for cars, come in /on what you like. Cars to be unpacked and then left on main hardstanding car park at front of venue except for blue badge holders.

Abusive or threatening behaviour will not be tolerated towards staff or anyone else. This is a family-friendly rally and members are asked to respect that and behave accordingly.

Racism, nudity or anti-social behaviour will not be tolerated and nor will the open use of illegal drugs.

Whilst you are allowed to bring a reasonable amount of alcohol on site, this is not to be consumed in the bar/pub under any circumstances.

Members are requested to respect others and clean up after themselves and make sure they leave the showers/toilets how they would like to find them, clean and tidy.

Friendly dogs are allowed on site but are required to be kept on a lead AT ALL TIMES and any fouling must be cleaned up by members straight away and disposed of properly.

Children are to be supervised by parents/carers at all times for their own safety and to ensure there is no damage or injury to themselves or other members' bikes/equipment.

Animals use the field on occasions so no glasses to be used on site (glass bottles excepted but they must be placed in the designated recepticles provided)

No fires or barbecues whatsoever on site.

No club patches to be worn on site.
