Event: BSB Oulton Park

Oulton Park this September hosts the crucial triple-header race weekend that will decide the final six riders in the MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship Showdown.

Shane 'Shakey' Byrne scored a record-breaking fourth crown last season and he returns with the PBM Kawasaki team as he strives to make it five title wins.

Ryuichi Kiyonari is back for more with the Buildbase BMW team and after a collarbone injury scuppered his chance to take the 'War for Four' titles last season the triple Champion is ready to even the score.

An international line up including Australian contenders Josh Brookes and Broc Parkes, Italian Vittorio Iannuzzo, Dane Robbin Harms plus MCE BSB race winners Chris Walker, Howie Mainwaring and James Ellison will all be fighting for the wins. Plus former Champions Honda Racing will be back with Dan Linfoot and Jason O'Halloran!

The MCE BSB action will be supported by a top-class support bill which includes the Motorpoint British Supersport Championship, Pirelli National Superstock 1000 and 600 Championship and British Motostar.

The first of the three races will take place on Saturday afternoon, with two races on Sunday.
