The MCE Insurance British Superbike Championship is a huge hit with motor racing fans, and regularly boasts huge crowds and a fantastic atmosphere, plus breathtaking action on the track!

Last season, Australia's Josh Brookes won his first MCE BSB championship title after a superb run of form in the second half of the season. But four-time champion Shane 'Shakey' Byrne is desperate to prove that he is still the king of British Superbikes and jumps onto a Ducati for 2016 in his quest for an unprecedented fifth crown.

There will be added intrigue in the second Oulton Park round of 2016 as the 'Showdown Six' riders set to battle for the title will be decided on the International circuit. Expect a packed grid of riders from many nations battling wheel-to-wheel and plenty of excitement and drama.

The MCE BSB action will be supported by a top-class support bill which includes the Motorpoint British Supersport Championship, Pirelli National Superstock 1000 and 600 Championship and British Motostar.
