Event: The Southern Christmas Dinner Weekend 1st

This is going to be a two day event along the lines of "The night out in" events that have been so successful this year.

The idea is to visit various hostelries in Eastbourne and having a meal on Friday evening.
Saturday during the day we could visit more hostelries or do your own thing, there will be no hard and fast itinerary.
Saturday evening will be the Christmas Dinner at Toby Carvery.

On Saturday evening please arrive at Toby Carvery from 6.00pm onwards for drinks and a natter before sitting down to eat at 7.00pm.
The Saturday evening is going to be a dress up evening, get the mothballs out of your suits fella's and ladies do us proud, smart casual will be ok as well.

The Saturday meal will cost £13.99 for 3 courses, being a Carvery the portions are generous.
There is a £5 per person non-returnable booking fee which i will pay when i book up and will send the hired muscle (Tinkytinkerbelle) around to get that back from you when we meet up!!.
I will be booking up the carvery week ending Saturday October 21st so please get you names down so i have confirmed numbers, there is however a little flexibility for late comers after that date.

The address shown is for The Travelodge which is just across the carpark from Toby Carvery.
I recommend if you are staying you get a room booked at Travelodge as early as possible as the prices steadily increase closer to Christmas.
