UPDATE:
Those going to the Egg Run via Liverpool should come into the city via the M62 and not the Runcorn bridge cos there's a half-marathon tomorrow morning and a lot of roads in the southern half of the city are going to be blocked off.
This is an annual event which raises money for local children, children’s charities and donates Easter eggs to hospitalised children.
Traditionally it takes place on the Sunday immediately preceding Easter.
Several thousand participants are expected to take part in the event.
The postcode is for the nearby B&Q store - car park is a popular rendezvous point.
