Details:

The Christmas Dinner is on Saturday 7th, arriving at Toby Carvery from 6.00pm to sit down to eat at 7.00pm.

Anyone wanting to to make a weekend of it there is a Travelodge right next door to the Toby. I would advise you get a room booked A.S.A.P as the price will increase the nearer it gets to Christmas !.

The cost of the Dinner this year is £20 per person for 3 courses.
I will require a deposit of £10 (non-refundable) to secure a place at Toby. I will also need your menu choices as
soon as possible so we can make the final booking at Toby Carvery. We have until November 10th to get the final booking in.

We get a bit dressed up for this event (Smart Casual)

If you PM either DAVE VM or Tinkytinkerbelle we can let you have the bank details for either the deposit or the full amount whichever you prefer. Please reference your payment with your site name. Thanks

We usually congregate in the bar in Toby Carvery on Friday evening for a catch up and a few drinks.

Menu.
Starters.
1.Caramelised Onion & Shallot Tart.Topped with goats cheese & served in puff pastry
2.Cheesy Mushrooms. Baked mushrooms in cheesy truffle sauce with melted cheddar and garlic bread.
3.Chicken Liver & Brandy Pate with Fig chutney, cucumber & toasted focaccia.
4.Red Pepper & Tomato Soup with toasted focaccia.
5.Prawn Cocktail with cherry tomatoes, lettuce, seafood sauce, brown bread & lemon wedge.

Mains.
1.Mushroom Bourguignon Pie. Mushrooms and Caramelised onions in a red wine sauce.
2.Salmon & Dill Wellington. Salmon & Dill en croute in a white wine sauce.
3. The Carvery. Gammon, Beef, Turkey, Pork. On selected days Lamb.
Serve yourself to all the vegetables etc.
There is the option to upgrade the carvery to Kingsize for an additional £1.99. For this you get extra meat, an extra yorkie pud & two Chipolata sausages.
There is also a Vegan option of steamed vegetables & vegan gravy.

Puddings.
1.Toby's Crumble. Apple & Damson Crumble with either Custard or Vegan Custard.
2.Christmas Pudding. With Custard, Vegan Custard or Brandy Sauce.
3.Crunchy Caramel Sundae. Dairy ice cream, Biscoff biscuit, fluffy creamdrizzled with caramel sauce.
4.Dairy Ice Cream. With cadbury flake and your choice of either strawberry, toffee, belgian chocolate or Sicilian lemon sauce.
5.Home-Baked Chocolate & Cookie Dough Brownie. With fluffy cream, strawberries, salted caramel sauce and a sprinkle of honeycombe.
6.Chocolate Fondant. Warm chocolate pudding with a gooey centre, served with fluffy cream, chocolate sauce & strawberries.
