nothing. we are shaped by lifes experiences and reinforced by tragedy. i would not be who i am today if i had a different life, i am comfortable in my own skin now because i know i have been to the edge but not fallen over it. the bad times have made the good times sweeter and a sense of humour is probably the strongest ally we all have.
