I've asked Sandi to put an event in the calendar for this much debated ride.
Info at :- http://www.euhandsoffbiking.co.uk/info.asp
There is also a Google maps site at :- https://maps.google.co.uk/maps/ms?msid=2098922936383290...&msa=0
Which gives all the details of the start points.
It would be really good if the local area organisers could put entries in the calendar so that both pillions and riders can get info and possibly attend this event.
I have to stress that if this insane dictatorial legislation actually gets passed then it means the death of biking as we know it together with the death of any small vestige of democracy that may be left.
Already done
I couldn't give it the full title that it has here, it was too long.
Thanks for the clickable links, Dave

Only a couple of us on this one so far ? You non-riders don't forget that there's a lifts section, so anyone in the area that want's to come along - Stick yer name down !
And although we are thin on the ground in this area - I'm sure we can do better than two riders !!
Is there plans do you know to do the go slow like last time ? Where some bikers blocked members of public from travelling along the highway at the posted speed limit ?
I'll maybe pop along to see how many turn up with tinted visors, illegal plates and exhausts
I REALLY can't imagine that anyone would do something like that !
M.A.G. would disapprove of such tactics greatly, and something like that would gain a great deal of unwanted publicity.
However, IF someone were to move into the overtaking lane to move into a position further up the formation, and that person was doing - say - 0.0001 mph faster than the rest of the convoy, for safety reasons. I'm sure that would be OK.
After all, the lorries that use the A14 do that constantly and no one complains ...
