so it would seem there is no Justice for David Bartholomew.
The list of cases like this will keep getting longer as thay keep letting them off.
Footballers driving at well over 100 mph = a 2 week ban and £2,000.00 fine when thay get £100,000 + a week ??
Police driving at over 150 mph on a motorway , over 100 mph on a single carriageway and over 80 mph though a village all at night in a rural area where he could have come across livestock in the road at any point on the joyride but found NOT GUILTY after admitting it and saying he wanted to see how the new car he had never driven before handled at speed . Think it's about time some real people sat on the Judges seat and set an example as to how we feel about these case's.
