Definitely up for this providing if i'm working I can get the time off, so Andy if poss date asap please so I can work out my shifts and if I have to book time off I can in plenty of time. Thanks.
Ok date set with hotel and sent details to Sandi for EVENTS PAGE.
Ive mailed the venue and asked if they can collate the deposits and menu requests (set options, see website for xmas menu).Pre chosen options must be provided.
I would hope we can get about 30 of us there. It was the last date they had available. Its pretty central for SE opposite the Oakdene café and next to M20/M26/M25.
May be rooms available for those wishing to stay, perhaps we can do a breki run Sunday morning to a bikers café nearby?
Only issue may be if the pub will not do the deposits but want me to sort that....so get in quick plse!
UPDATE
This evening I've spoken to Debbie at the Moat Hotel who is co ordinating this for me.
There are 30 spaces available only.
To book your place YOU MUST contact Debbie on 01732 882263, mention BIKERMATCH BOOKING, she works Thurs thru to Sunday. If you call any other time get the staff members name and ask them to place a message with your number and Debbie will call you asap to take your deposit. £5. This secures your seat.
Saturday 7th Dec, 7pm, be there earlier!
Rooms may be available if you wish to stay over.....ask.

Does that mean there'll either be two of you or are you going to come twice, Cheryl? Sorry, I've got my silly head on....been reading too many of XJs posts!!
Just the one of me...one's enough for anyone I think! As for XJ...well!!! His last post was aimed mainly at me I do believe. Just have to say I don't use turtle wax or any wax or polish for that matter...only soap and water!!
I don't really mind taking the butt of everyones jokes lol. You're all just jealous of my clean sparkly bike
Andy how much is the meal? can't find the price anywhere? or am I being blonde again (no comment Xj) Also any idea of costs for the night at the hotel? i'd like to try and make this one, just need to know how much
